Bauenort partnered with the landowner to manage all aspects of the development, including design & planning approval, sales, marketing, construction and lot settlements. A significant element of the masterplan required the re-alignment and design of several Melbourne Water assets, and 4 years of co-ordination with a Consortium of neighbouring Developers to deliver around $50million of community infrastructure.
FindonView comprises 75 residential lots of varying sizes and formats, ranging from 169sqm through to 504sqm, in addition to the delivery of a significant landscaped creek corridor and sedimentation pond, designed to capture regional outfall drainage. Â Construction of the $23million project commenced in July 2022 and was completed in 2024.
