Bauenort was engaged by the owners of the luxury Maisonettes ski lodge to refurbish the properties. The project included renegotiating and extending the lease with the Falls Creek Resort Management Board, obtaining planning approval from the DPCD and ensuring the end result would stand up to the exacting standard of all 8 owners and the harsh alpine conditions. Throughout the 3 year project, Bauenort maintained a low risk exposure to the owners, whilst ensuring expectations around quality, program and budget were met.
