Bauenort Developments NSW lead the successful preparation, submission and management of the Development Application for the Seniors Living and Residential Aged Care Facility on behalf of the Castle Hill RSL.

Bauenort provided expertise in the financial modelling, funding options, design and development of this project. The vision for the project, consisting of 250 Independent Living Units, was to set a new benchmark in retirement living by integrating the development with existing club facilities, providing health and wellness operations in the development for use by the Castle Hill community and by bringing as much of the outdoors inside with the design. The Development Application was unanimously approved by Hills District Council in December 2019.
