Bauenort acquired the remaining 8.7 hectares of undeveloped land within a large, inactive residential estate in the Regional Victorian town of Traralgon. Bauenort restructured the masterplan and re-branded the project to incorporate a broader residential product mix that better reflected local market demand . The project included 61 residential lots, a child care centre and extensive areas of open space and recreation reserves. Parklife was completed in 2020.
