Bauenort interests acquired a 1.6 acre parcel in Shoreham with an existing home built in the 1990’s.  The project comprised significant extension and complete remake internally of the property, in addition to extensive earthworks and landscape construction.

Bauenort co-ordinated the consultant team (Mendi Moke Design, Kate Patterson Landscape Architecture) through the town planning and design phases and then operated as hands-on project leader through the 12 month construction program with Ross Wadsworth Constructions.  The project was completed in 2024.
