Megan was engaged to complete a commercial strategy for student accommodation for the University of Sydney. The strategy included assessment and recommendation of funding options, accommodation demand analysis and creation of an accommodation development pipeline utilising existing redundant land holdings and infill development resulting in a $500m funded affordable accommodation development plan of which 80% was been delivered within 4 years.
