Bauenort was engaged by one of the shareholders to represent their interests and actively fulfill their joint venture obligations.The project consisted of a 60ha lake, 18 hole golf course and academy, Health Club including gymnasium, swimming pool, spa & sauna, multipurpose courts, Clubhouse and café.
